At Effekt LLC, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and efficient shipping process for all orders of Effekt Collagen X within the USA. Below, you’ll find all the information you need regarding our shipping policies.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders within the continental USA. Delivery typically occurs within 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional $9.99. Delivery typically occurs within 2-3 business days.

  • Overnight Shipping: Available for an additional $19.99. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be delivered the next business day.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the carrier's tracking system.

  • If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Delivery Issues

  • If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a delayed or missing package, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We may request photos of the damage or further information to process your claim.

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement product or issue a full refund.
